OUR Mission
The Development Office of Ilia State University serves as the university’s central platform for institutional growth and international engagement. Its mission is to advance academic excellence and research capacity by securing diverse funding sources, cultivating strategic partnerships, and strengthening teaching, learning, and research in alignment with international standards.

What We Do
- Support EU and international projects – from idea generation to proposal writing, submission, and implementation.
- Build and manage partnerships with universities, research centers, organizations, and industry locally and internationally.
- Diversify resources by identifying and securing external funding, grants, and third-party support.
- Guide project administration – ensuring compliance with donor, local regulations and laws, and university regulations, as well as managing international grants reporting and audits.
- Empower faculty, researchers, and staff through consultations, training, and technical assistance on proposal development and project management.
- Promotes Iliauni’s expertise and strategic initiatives across international platforms, strengthening its reputation and visibility.
