Proposal Approval Workflow (Pre-Award)

All project proposals must go through an internal approval process before submission. Proposals require review and authorization from the Rector, Head of Administration, School Dean, and the Development Office.
This ensures cooperation with external funding agencies while protecting the university from unforeseen obligations, co-financing issues, or unapproved expenses.
Applicants must specify intended use of space, personnel, and resources in a formal internal request form approved by the Dean and leadership. Once approved, the Development Office provides technical support to ensure successful submission.
